Facility was very nice. The technician Frank was very nice and I was taken on time for my appointment. I was very hesitant about having the MRI due to feeling claustrophobic and the loud noise. However it was doable and not a bad Show moreexperience , pleasantly surprised.

The open MRI was done professionally and every opportunity was done to make me as comfortable as possible.

I would highly recommend Lake Zurich Open MRI and Interventional Radiiology Center to anyone that is seeking a place for an Open MRI. They were so attentive to all my concerns and answered my questions ahead of time thoroughly. The MRI equipment was not as loud and disturbing as some I have used. It is very open so I did not need any eye cover. The attendent came in and checked if I was doing ok during the process and let me know how much time has elapsed and how much longer to go.
It was so easy to make an appointment, sent insurance info and doctors order. Boom appointment next day and can pick up pics in three days. Experience was great, even with my claustrophobia. Doctor was very helpful, informative and patient. Definitely the place to go if you need an mri.

The Gentleman who did my MRI Was OUTSTANDING. He was extremely Professional as well as Personable. I was quite apprehensive and he had the ability to calm down a old guy. I am NOT one for complimenting a person for doing their Job,(That is what they are paid for) but when they go above and Beyond, they certainly deserve a "Shout Out". I don't remember the Tech's Name, but BRAVO on your Bed Side Manner ........... Make him the "Poster Child" for Patient Services ..

I was able to walk-in to get a x-ray and be seen within a few minutes. Very friendly staff and no long wait time.
