I previously went to another imaging provider for my MRI. I had a panic attack and could not have the MRI as scheduled. The person at the other location only wanted to know when I wanted to schedule another MRI. I called Lake ZShow moreurich MRI and spoke to Julio. He talked to me at great length and invited me to come in so that he could go over every step of the procedure. I made the appointment and went in. If it weren't for Julio and his caring way, I'm not sure I could have done it.

He made sure I was comfortable with an extra pillow & chair to support my arm that hung off the table due to my positioning. The Best place to get an open MRI , very friendly, on time , they work with you if your nervous, you will feel relax during the MRI…the best place , great job everyone…????

Frank was very polite and knowledgeable of is work. Making sure that I was completely comfortable before the starting the test. You’re lucky to have him working for you.

The staff was very friendly. I was in and out of there quickly (except for time in MRI machine of course) and they let me pick out the music! CD was ready before I left.
Great service, friendly staff, and I was in and out within an hour. The technician (Julio?..sorry I can’t recall) was great and provided music for me to listen to while receiving an MRI.

I have had Frank do several MRIs in the past 2-3 years. He, as well as the office personnel, have always been very kind, personable, and helpful. I don't live anywhere near Lake Zurich but will continue to travel that far just because everyone there puts you at ease.
Very nice environment with helpful and friendly staff. I was greeted with smiles, my questions were answered,I got my scan done while listening to the music of my choice, and I was given a timeframe when the report would be sent to my doctor. 10/10 would recommend!
