I am NOT one for complimenting a person for doing their Show moreJob,(That is what they are paid for) but when they go above and Beyond, they certainly deserve a "Shout Out". I don't remember the Tech's Name, but BRAVO on your Bed Side Manner ........... Make him the "Poster Child" for Patient Services ..

All the staff was courteous and friendly. Frank, who “did” the open imaging MRI, was solicitous, kind, and I felt safe. Thank you!

great experience! I was very nervous but was immediately put at ease. I was checking on frequently to be sure I was comfortable. I was told through procedure how much longer and exactly what was happening. As nervous as I was, it was a very pleasant experience.
