Doctor Futrell and her team of nurses are AMAZING!! They have made me feel so comfortable and they are so understanding!! I'm having a hard time right now and let me make this clear I have been sober for ten years and I'veShow more had a set back but instead of making me feel worse than I already do they uplifed me and told me everything was gonna be okay. I needed that! I never wanna go to any other doctor!! I will say there as long as they let me!! I absolutely love them so much!! They are my family ❤️
I am totally satisfied with Dr. Futrell, she cares about her patients and takes the time with you to discuss your needs and concerns. It’s nice to have a Dr who listens. However Something needs to be done with the scheduling/ meShow moressaging department, I won’t discuss my bad experiences but the Dr has been informed as well as the front desk. I will say when a patient needs to see her Dr, it shouldn’t be an act of congress and or the need for me to drive to the office to get answers. Please fix!!!!

I have been a patient at Sandhills Best Care for about 2 years. I have literally never had a bad experience. My provider, Heather Futrell, is outstanding. She is thorough, professional, yet personable, knowledgeable and responsive to all of my health care needs. All the staff, beginning with those that answer incoming phone calls , reception, nurses, providers, and owner ( who is always available after hours) is kind, attentive, most importantly helpful, always on point. Highly recommended!!
In my opinion, if you are in the Richmond area and are in need of a primary care doctor. Or already have one and that you don't feel like your medical needs are being met, you should reach out to Mrs,futrell and her team. There patients and attentiveness towards your medical needs will be handled and attend to in a professional manner while making you feel as if you are part of there personal family, ...by far the best doctor that I have ever been seen by.
She always provides me with great care.I'd recommend her to family and friends any time someone ask me for a reference.
