In my opinion, if you are in the Richmond area and are in need of a primary care doctor. Or already have one and that you don't feel like your medical needs are being met, you should reach out to Mrs,futrell and her team. TherShow moree patients and attentiveness towards your medical needs will be handled and attend to in a professional manner while making you feel as if you are part of there personal family, ...by far the best doctor that I have ever been seen by.
I love this beautiful lady so much! And her nursing staff is beyond AMAZING!! Mrs Futrell is the best doctor since doctor Gillham!!! I never thought I would find another doctor like him but I was wrong! She really does care! She lShow moreistens and always gives me encouraging words! Even the beautiful lady at the front checking people in. All around it's just a beautiful and positive environment!! I will forever be grateful for doctor Futrell and her team ❤️

I have been a patient at Sandhills Best Care for about 2 years. I have literally never had a bad experience. My provider, Heather Futrell, is outstanding. She is thorough, professional, yet personable, knowledgeable and responsive to all of my health care needs. All the staff, beginning with those that answer incoming phone calls , reception, nurses, providers, and owner ( who is always available after hours) is kind, attentive, most importantly helpful, always on point. Highly recommended!!
