Dr. Futrell always takes time to get to the bottom of any health issues I come to her with. She is really nice, and clearly explains what it is that is causing the issue to make it understandable to me as a lay-person. She also maShow morekes sure that I understand any treatment option(s), and helps me decide the best option for me. She is very easy-going and I feel like I’m speaking to a long time friend during my visit. She is the best PCP I’ve ever had during my adult life and I’m 48 yrs old!
Heather is outstanding. You both working together you'll get things done. Her bedside manner is professional and she shows concern. Sometimes I've wondered if I'm a bit to worried about my health but she doesn't Show moremake me feel this way. I feel you need a provider that will make you feel a connection other than patient doctor. Well with her you feel and know she CARES. Also I've had a televideo with Tammie ²Gainey. She's great! From the time I walk in I know they care. Monique is great too!!

Heather Futrell is very nice and professional, her bedside manner is excellent. Mrs Futrell was very knowledgeable about my medical history, she explained how to check my sugar, she gave me handouts to read and keep on hand, as well as, a log sheet to keep record of my blood sugar levels. She referred me for diabetic nutritionist. Im very pleased with our visit and my results. I will definitely recommend her to anyone needing a good Healthcare person.
