Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome. The receptionist was nice, the nurses were friendly and enjoyable to talk to, and the Nurse practitioner was wonderful. It was the first visit for me and my daughter and we had A LOT of things to discuss. She acted like she had all the time in the world and addressed every concern we brought up.

The thing that I appreciate the most about Heron is that she really cares and spends the time to understand what's going on with you until she's found the correct solution. She's more valuable than rubies! Some doctors make you feel like a number, but Heron never does.

I don't typically leave feedback, but how can you not with a Nurse Practitioner like Heron. I've never experienced service like hers. She took time with me and never once acted like she was in a hurry. She spent time listening to concerns about my health and made me feel that we were going to concur this together and that I was not alone. I have never had a doctor/specialist/nurse practitioner/nurse or anyone make me feel this secure and heard until I starting seeing Heron.
