I’ve been seeing Holly for several years and things had stabilized. My husband is now facing a health crisis, which has affected me obviously. Today Holly explored my emotions and thoughts in a very caring way and gave me solid advice on how to handle day today emotions and fears.
I came in with a new life crisis and Holly listened carefully, asked pertinent questions, and offered guidance on how to handle the near term anxiety. And, planned a follow up appointment in a timely manner.
