Holly Wilkins

Holly is both a Family & Psychiatric Mental Health NP with over 8 years of experience caring for the acutely ill, across the lifespan. Through her training as both an FNP & PMHNP, Holly appreciates that mental health is extremely important and has a major impact on our overall health and quality of life. Holly's practice focuses on the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, OCD, insomnia and substance use disorders. Holly takes a holistic, eclectic approach, incorporating multiple modalities to improve her client's overall health; movement, nature, nutrition, medication & therapy can all be personalized to help promote your overall health and well-being. Holly is well-practiced in adapting care plans to meet the needs of the patient. Though lots of things work to help people improve their health, not everything works for everyone. You'll work together to adapt our treatment plan for you to get the most out of our time together. She looks forward to meeting you!
