Three months into my recovery from shoulder surgery, I injured my elbow. I wasn’t able to get an appt w orthopedic doc for weeks. My physical therapist suggested going to an Urgent Care. The staff was pleasant & efficient. TheShow more PA, Humberto Encalada, was professional, courteous & seemed knowledgeable. He was attentive & careful with the exam as the injured area was very sore. I felt confident in his assessment & will be getting a test as a follow-up.
If you need good medical care, this is the place to go. I came here 7 years ago when I lived in Palm Coast. I moved to St. Augustine 4 years ago and this is still my primary care and I have always been pleased with my care and treShow moreatment. All the staff is great.

It's a decent place to go to when you are in need of care right away and it is definitely better than going to Emergency Room...The staff were attentive. The nurse is very caring and compassionate...The doctor did address my concerns and he did listen to me ..

Humberto Encalada became our GP late 2023. He is attentive and listens, to both my husband and I. This is important as a patient. His bedside manner is personable. We feel like he does a great job as our GP.
Everybody was very professional had a 11:45 appointment was back at work at 12:28. The doctor listen to what I had to say and then let me know what he thought.
