Short wait time, very attentive to my symptoms and made me feel comfortable.

Scheduling was ridiculous. They scheduled me with Pablo then changed to Humberto. No one changed it in computer. Got text today the Humberto was in suite 102. Showed up there to find out he was in suite 104. Very confusing

Humberto is a great PA it is unfortunate his is in a "make money office". I am being charged for 30 minute appointments and they barely last 10 minutes. 99213 - Est PT 20-29 Min and G2211 - Complex e/m visit add on. This feel like overbilling and should be addressed.
Dr Humberto is a great practitioner and is very thorough in his communication. My family is trying to establish medical expertise and Dr Humberto is a great example of how drs should interact with their patients.
Humberto Encalada is the best, he takes care of all your medical needs and cares about his patients, not just in and out of the room he actually listens and addresses your medical issues. Would 100% recommend him to everyone i know.

Dr Umberto is young, but he listens and gives attention to your health needs. The office staff is very nice also. It is a busy office but, you get in and out fairly quick.

Three months into my recovery from shoulder surgery, I injured my elbow. I wasn’t able to get an appt w orthopedic doc for weeks. My physical therapist suggested going to an Urgent Care. The staff was pleasant & efficient. The PA, Humberto Encalada, was professional, courteous & seemed knowledgeable. He was attentive & careful with the exam as the injured area was very sore. I felt confident in his assessment & will be getting a test as a follow-up.
