Dr Umberto is young, but he listens and gives attention to your health needs. The office staff is very nice also. It is a busy office but, you get in and out fairly quick.

As PA,s go I have seen a few who I considered good. Humberto has risen above that level. Very consciences and concerned. He will tell like it is and offer some good advice and resources. Easy to build a relationship with. Overall Good Guy.
Three months into my recovery from shoulder surgery, I injured my elbow. I wasn’t able to get an appt w orthopedic doc for weeks. My physical therapist suggested going to an Urgent Care. The staff was pleasant & efficient. The PA, Humberto Encalada, was professional, courteous & seemed knowledgeable. He was attentive & careful with the exam as the injured area was very sore. I felt confident in his assessment & will be getting a test as a follow-up.

If you need good medical care, this is the place to go. I came here 7 years ago when I lived in Palm Coast. I moved to St. Augustine 4 years ago and this is still my primary care and I have always been pleased with my care and treatment. All the staff is great.
