He was polite and efficient and explained everything in detail for me after reviewing my medical issue. As a note: When I am unable to see my regular Primary caregiver, it is so convenient to visit the Walk In Clinic since the caregivers there also cross to the Primary Care section of Palm Coast Family Practice. This visit today with Pablo was great and much appreciated in helping me with my medical issue.

She is very warm an... Read more Today (8/14/2026) was my 2nd visit with Chelsey. My experience confirmed the impression I got of her during my first visit, that I'm going to very happy seeing her from now on as my new primary care doctor. She is very warm and personable. She listened carefully and patiently to my list of concerns and expectations, and seems focused on the same thing I want her to focus on, namely, assisting me to stay as well as possible from now on till age 100!
