Dr. Dorman is awesome (five-stars for him), but the office staff is lacking the same quality and professionalism. I called to ask if the $250 fee included the license (I specifically asked about the license) and was told that it was. There was a misunderstanding; even if it was my fault (I maintain that it wasn't), I did not deserve the harsh and rude response that I received when I complained about having to pay an additional $70+ for the license. Please update your website to avoid confusion.
Dr. Dorman is excellent, and I highly recommend him. He’s professional, yet friendly and accessible, which has not necessarily been my experience with other area providers. His staff are also professional, helpful, and friendly. I trust and genuinely like him and his staff.

Dr. Dorman always listens to you and doesn’t rush. He makes you feel at ease.He is very caring and explains things thoroughly. More doctors should be like him.

Dr. Dorman is the absolute best clinician and person. He is so knowledgeable and has a terrific bedside manner.
We have been going to Dr. Doorman for 20 plus years. By far, he is the best. He takes time and disects every part of your blood work, ask the righ questions which then explains every thng in terms you can understand. Pushes to see if anything esle is bothering you, makes you feel great when you leave, makes a follow up appointment with yopuo if he thinks you need one.
Dr Dorman is probably the most caring and professional person i have ever had. He is patient answers every question you ask. The practice is the best in Palm Coast
