-Ixora Primary Care is a Direct Primary Care (DPC) and does not bill insurance. We bill patients directly for services. This allows us to spend as much time as needed discussing/planning individualized patient care. Appointments are 30 mins long (20 mins for peds).
WEEKEND appointments are available to those with a membership upon request (via patient portal, phone call, email).
-You can choose to pay per visit or you can opt for our DPC membership, (varies by age) which gives you 5 appointments/visits per month and unlimited communication/access with your provider.
-Your insurance can/will still cover any prescriptions or labs as it currently does.

A tried-and-true Floridian, Sara was born and raised in Miami, received her BSN from Florida State University in 2006 and MSN from University of Florida in 2012. St Augustine became her forever home in 2007 and life is full of activity with her amazing husband and four busy kids.
