I went to Palm Coast Family Practice. My experience was wonderful. The front office staff was very welcoming and very helpful. The xray technician ( I did not get her name) was super nice and efficient. Also a shout out to Susie fShow moreor her professionalism and her kind nature. A special shout out to Pablo for taking the time to listen to all my ailments and reviewing my tests results and giving great advice and feedback. It is hard to find a practice where everyone seems to genuinely care.

This was my first visit with Pablo DeJesus. He was thoughtful and concerned about my reason to visit urgent care and asked many questions about my health to determine the best method of care. I did not feel rushed and felt cared for and would recommend Pablo for your urgent care.

Pablo is great but I need to maintain my urology recommended therapy/prescription for maintaining adequate urinary function..thanks for prescribing..please maintain original dosage…side affects can be overcome but unfortunately not loss of function. Thanks for your service

Very nice doctor. But did not solve my problem. I still have rash and t am still in a lot of pain.
Pablo provide post cancer surgery medication for treatment of a head cold while in recovery. Thorough review of my meds..there were a lot to avoid complications. Medication provided working preventing escalation early on. Compromised immune system. He was on top of his game and help was appreciated as a telemed so I avoided the clinic setting entirely.

Recently moved permanently to Palm Coast and Pablo has been an excellent choice as a Primary Care provider. He has been thorough and willing to answer any questions during my visits.
Really off-putting experience. I went in to establish care, get some labs done and get orders for meds. Because one of those meds is a controlled substance for anxiety even though I've taken it for decades they will refuse to manage that for you. Basically, they don't treat the Whole Patient, they cherry pick and hand pick the things they want to do and cry morals and ethics for not prescribing pain meds or anxiety meds. As a Healthcare professional myself it's unethical not to treat pain/ anxie
