I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. This provider showed up nearly an hour past our appointment time with no apology or acknowledgment from the provider when he finally arrived. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, along with times, and disrespectful attitude of the entire practice made this one of the worst visits I’ve ever had. I would not recommend anyone.

I just wanted to say that my experience with Palm Harbor Family Practice yesterday was excellent. Everyone there was very nice, and I only had to wait a couple of minutes. Pablo De Jesus is an honest straight-up guy who focuses on the important stuff.
Pablo was very informative and gave me some religious instructions to take with me as far as prayers. I’m very satisfied with what he has done for me.
