Dr. Jeffrey Mathews was exceptional in our initial meeting. He was thorough ( reviewed every detail of my medical history record), thoughtful (listened attentively to our questions and concerns), professional (prescribed a proceduShow morere and explained his rationale as well as the details of the procedure), compassionate (reassured us about the expected outcome). He spent some time getting to know us and he also shared some personal background so that we felt like friends instead of merely being a patient. My wife and I were grateful that we had been referred to him. We would recommend Dr. Mathews without any hesitation.
Had no issues but ask for small snack after procedure she said do not have anything to snack on only wanted couple of crackers Pretty sure they give to folks that have colonoscopy. She just lied for a nickel pack of crackers

Dr. Mathews and his staff are wonderful! They always have a lot of patients but things run so smoothly you always feel very cared for. Every single employee is competent and kind -- just like Dr. Mathews. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Communication with your staff was very good. Getting the prep was easy, mailed instructions arrived in plenty of time, pre-proceedure phone call was helpful, nursing staff was very nice, I really liked the CRNA, follow-up call to check on my recovery was appreciated. I did call to get more detail on what I needed to stop eating five days in advance. I'm sorry, it didn't occur to me that my daily vitamin has iron in it which may have affected my prep. I'm a little sketchy about how to set-up a portal, but I'm sure we can figure it out. Thank you.

Dr. Matthews is very good and the experience was as good as I could have hoped. I think offering the patient an ice cream cone after the procedure would have been nice. All the staff were very good too.
