I am a retired doc who managed a lot of other docs - based on this experience I have nothing but outstanding things to say about Dr Dutton - she is a great listener who is smart and really knows audiology. She has proved invaluablShow moree in recommending hearing aid technology to help me manage hearing loss and tinnitis. Importantly, she has made herself readily available to make the many small adjustments needed to get me up and running. I can’t recommend her more highly. She is awesome.
Dr. Dutton and her associate Alex are consummate professionals. They made it clear from the outset that their objective was to focus on the needs of the patient and not the sale of hearing aids. Excellent service, I already referred a friend to Dr Dutton(Salient Sound)
Dr. Dutton and her associate Alex are consummate professionals. They made it clear from the outset that their objective was to focus on the needs of the patient and not the sale of hearing aids. In my case, since my hearing is borderline they agreed that hearing aids were not necessary at this time and that we would revisit that issue in the future. Whaat a refreshing response!
It has taken me four visits and three different hearing aids to find what works just best for me. I wonder how many other audiologist would be so patient and encourage me to keep trying. And these visits are all included in the cost of whatever model I end up keeping. It has been spectacular service--highly knowledgeable and fun as well.

I highly recommend this audiologist. She is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to thoroughly explain my husband 's hearing loss and the options of hearing aids available to him. She even let him try out the hearing aids that she recommended for two weeks to see if he is comfortable to use it before he buys it.
