Mainly because Dr. Viradia took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns, his bedside manner is stellar, he tShow morealked to me like I matter and not in a superior Dr way, and he was fun and funny. I felt seen and heard and taken care of. He was recommended to me and it couldn’t have worked out better.

Elliot Decker, MD, is a highly respected and fellowship-trained physician who specializes in hand and wrist surgery at MidJersey Orthopaedics in Flemington, New Jersey.
Dr. Decker graduated from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York, earned his medical degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and finished his studies with a residency at New York Medical College and St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York City.
He’s also completed numerous fellowships, including a fellowship in hand surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, and a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, Massachusetts. He also holds leadership positions in several institutions, serving as a member of the board of trustees for the United States Department of Health and Human Services, the vice-chairman of the Harrisburg Medical Center Foundation, and a past president of the Hunterdon County Medical Society.
In his practice, Dr. Decker has expertise in hand and wrist surgery, foot and ankle surgery, general orthopaedics, and sports injuries and conditions. Dr Pollack and staff from entry to exit were kind, respectful and professional. All my questions answered and I feel like a million bucks!! Wait time was okay. I don't ever expect immediacy at appointments these days.
