Jesus Plasencia, BC-HIS

Jesus Raul Plasencia is a dedicated hearing aid specialist at the Ear, Nose, Throat, and Sinus Center of South Florida. He has more than 16 years of experience in hearing care. Since beginning his career in 2008, he has developed a strong understanding of hearing instruments and is committed to helping patients find hearing solutions that fit their individual needs and lifestyles.

He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Havana and completed 158 credit hours of pre-med studies at Miami Dade College and Florida SouthWestern State College. Jesus is National Board Certified in Hearing Instruments Science and is a member of the Hearing International Society. His combination of technical knowledge, medical education, and years of hands-on experience allows him to provide knowledgeable and attentive care to patients seeking to improve their hearing.

Originally from Cuba, Jesus is proud to now call Pembroke Pines, Florida, home. Outside of his professional life, family is especially important to him. He enjoys spending quality time with his loving wife and their two children, a daughter and a son. When he has free time, Jesus enjoys staying active by hiking and riding bikes.

With a patient-focused approach and extensive experience in hearing care, Jesus strives to make every patient feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their hearing care journey.
