There was an insurance/payment hiccup in my case but they worked overtime to resolve it and prevent any lapseShow more in my therapy. I'm not sure I would have the help that improves my quality of life so much if they didn't go out of their way to help me. From the beginning upon arrival, Tracy greeted me with a welcoming smile and professionalism. I was made to feel as if, I was her top priority of the day, more than just a patient. The experience was not like any other office’s were you sit in a chair, while the councilor sits behind a desk as if it was a barrier between, but as if I was at someone’s home, talking with friends. Beyond expectations. I highly recommend this office.
