I saw Dr Brian Vasicek on Friday for my progress evaluation and we spoke at length regarding my acupuncture treatment that I had earlier in the week. I was feeling quite self conscious and a little embarrassed from my intense reaction to the acupuncture earlier in the week and dr Brian was so kind in reassuring me that I had nothing to be self conscious about and that “Back to You ” if a safe space that allows their patients to process their physical pain and emotional releases from the treatments without any judgment. Due to the tremendous benefit from my acupuncture earlier that week he proceeded with another round of needles and surprisingly enough I didn’t have the strong reaction as the first session. He took the time to assess my shoes and kindly wrote down a list of options for over pronation. I was also able to report how the acupuncture was so beneficial not only to my PT and OT symptoms but, I have found great relief from digestive issues, TMJ, and my overall range of motion has increased significantly! My overall experience with Back to You has been absolutely brilliant! I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the level of care and concern regarding my treatment and well being. It is my experience that every practitioner and employee that I’ve interacted with at Back to You are extremely dedicated and take deep pride in their role in helping their patients have a positive experience and on their road back to wellness!
My overall experience at "Back to You" has been outstanding! Dr Putnam and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I've been attending for a couple of months now and I've seen tremendous progress thus far. During my last visit Dr PutnShow moream was kind enough to assist me further with my exercises to gain the maximum benefit. He also informed me of supplements to add to my diet to reduce inflammation and gave me tips for getting adequate sleep. When I came in for my appointment I was struggling with my ankle and Dr Putnam showed immediate concern and dealt with the issue during my session. After the dry needling I was actually able to walk my dog that evening! The day of my visit I could barely put any weight on my ankle. It's been a few days since my visit but I have felt so much better and I have been able to work all day in the garden without any pain!

Dr. Putnam graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan with a BGS degree in 2007. He later earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton in Scranton, Pennsylvania in 2011.
As a fellowship-trained manual therapist, Dr. Putnam has specialized training in differential diagnosis, diagnostic imaging interpretation, extremity manipulation, spinal manipulation, cupping, dry needling, body tempering, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and sacroiliac, spine, and hip pain.

Dr Putnam is a professional in every sense of the word. Listens to your complaint , explains every exercise function in a precise and understandable way.
Such a positive, thorough experience. As I was treated everything was explained step by step with reasons as to why we went thru a process. The exercises and dry needling helped reduce my pain tremendously. Follow up was outstanding. “Back to You” was superior to my previous experience with Team Rehab!!!!

I’m grateful for the team at Back To You. I was recently in a car accident. I chose them for my rehab because of the variety of services they offer. They have more than met my expectations! I once got off the table and said “Back To You is not just a name, it’s what you guys really do “. Oftentimes when I leave I feel so great that my muscle memory wants to go for a run or head to the gym. I know that I’m not there yet, but they’re helping me get back to normal.
