After having bad back surgery by Dr. Husted and suffering worse than before, my friend recommended Dr Esposito. I went to see him and he suggested a 7 day trial with a Spinal Cord Stimulator. I did and it is wonderful. I had iShow moret put in permanently on July 9th. I have my life back. All the people@Grove Place and everyone at Dr Esposito’s office are wonderful. They really care about you and how you are doing. I went from an 8/9 being in pain to now a 3/4. Sometimes even as low as 2. Anyone that is having trouble with their back should go to him. Not only is he a great surgeon, but he also teaches. His staff is wonderful and caring.
The staff at Intervention Spine and pain has made such a big difference in my life! John Welch, ANP-BC, is an adult nurse practitioner who specializes in interventional pain management and has worked in the space for nearly a decade. He currently sees patients at Spine and Pain Institute, which has locations in Vero Beach and Palm Beach, Florida.
Mr. Welch is a native Floridian who grew up in Brevard County and has worked the majority of his career in the region. After graduating from Brevard Community College (now Eastern Florida State College) in 2002 with his AA degree, Mr. Welch pursued his passion by enrolling in the University of Central Florida’s Nursing Program.
After graduating UCF’s Nursing Program with a Bachelor’s Degree in 2003, Mr. Welch accepted a nursing position (RN) with a local hospital in Melbourne, Florida, where he provided nursing care to ER and post-op patients for several years. It was during this time working with and developing relationships with other clinicians and physicians that he realized a higher calling to further his education and become a nurse practitioner. After acceptance back to the University of Central Florida, Mr. Welch graduated from the Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) program with a Master’s Degree in December of 2008 and went on to become board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Initially, Mr. Welch began practicing in primary and urgent care, where he spent approximately five years before being provided an opportunity at an interventional pain management practice to refine his skillset. It was here where Mr. Welch met Dr. Esposito and, while working collaboratively, gained an understanding, interest, and affinity for helping patients reduce their pain through the application of creative interventional pain management approaches and techniques. It was also at that time that Mr. Welch recognized this was the specialty he wanted to fully immerse himself in to master. Since 2015, Mr. Welch has been providing exceptional interventional pain management care and services to the residents of the local community.
Mr. Welch enjoys helping patients achieve their goals of eliminating as much debilitating pain from their daily lives as possible and is able to do this through his clinical expertise, multi-modality pain experience and knowledge of the most advanced cutting-edge therapies available.
Mr. Welch truly enjoys helping people regain a higher quality and functionality in their daily lives through better management of their chronic pain symptoms.

I am almost pain free, coming to the spine and pain institute they listen and care for you in a professional and very caring way they keep probing till they find the right cure for you.

Thank you for all your help with my consultation with my back problems, after my spine stimulator was installed I had to have a few adjustments with running the program and setup of spine stimulator and the staff at Dr. Esposito's office helped with all these minor issues as well as the Boston Scientific staff- very helpful and nice! Great place
Did not appreciate the push attitude I received at my appointment . I was given Explanation for possible pain program Medications and procedures . Then she just Left the room when she felt our meeting was over . Quite confusing and felt rushed . Not too happy about this visit . All other visits And medical procedures have been great . I would like not to see this examiner again .
