I am a transplant from Orlando. I thought I was getting good care but Dr Soto on 2 different occasions has done things that show his ability to look at the big picture. We had to reduce a medication based on the medical guides aShow mores they were not healthy for my kidneys for which I’m in the beginning stage of kidney disease. The second was in administration of my cortisone shots where administered. In Orlando they were administering it in a different location and was not efffective past a couple days maybe a week. . The choice of the location truly addressed my concerns. I have no complaints now. He takes his time to listen and remembers me without reading from his chart. I feel very valued as a patient. I had no wait with any of my appointments.

After graduating UCF’s Nursing Program with a Bachelor’s Degree in 2003, Mr. Welch accepted a nursing position (RN) with a local hospital in Melbourne, Florida, where he provided nursing care to ER and post-op patients for several years. It was here where Mr. Welch met Dr. Esposito and, while working collaboratively, gained an understanding, interest, and affinity for helping patients reduce their pain through the application of creative interventional pain management approaches and techniques. It was also at that time that Mr. Welch recognized this was the specialty he wanted to fully immerse himself in to master. Since 2015, Mr. Welch has been providing exceptional interventional pain management care and services to the residents of the local community.

Dr Esposito and his staff are outstanding professionals and excellent at what they do to help their patients. We are lucky to have them in Vero Beach! My only comment is that sometimes the PA staff, in their efficiency, sometimes leave a patient feeling ‘unseen.’
Very well pleased
Promt.
Kayla was proactive in getting me an appt when I needed it. The PA was efficient and expedient. This practice is very cooperative and patient as I struggle to get authorizations from my horribly inefficient insurance
Anastasia understood the options I had and recommended a procedure that she explained and I agreed with her 100%. It’s wonderful to feel so confident with her.
Never have to wait for a long time and the staff always helpful
