With 20 years in the behavioral health field, I’ve learned that positive outcomes start with a simple, powerful connection. My journey has taken me from the front lines of day treatment facilities to systemic work with the Indiana Department of Child Services, ultimately leading me to establish Torres Behavioral Health. I believe therapy should be as unique as the individual. By blending clinical expertise with a collaborative, caring approach, I help my clients navigate life’s challenges through individual, marriage, and group therapy. I’m also passionate about meeting clients where they are—whether that’s through traditional behavioral consulting or utilizing creative tools like therapeutically applied role-playing games. I am currently accepting new clients and look forward to seeing how we can work together.
