My son was the patient. He is a freshman at TAMU. We got in with this provider within 24 hours. My son called me after his appointment and said I had found him the best doctor ever! He told me Justin explained everything to hiShow morem and made it to where he understood why he had become sick again. Thankful for a great doctor for his time in Aggieland. My daughter will be there next year, so we will get her established at this office as well. It's a win when your 19-year-old is happy.
I've been looking for a PCP for a while. It was important to me to find someone who really listened and asked questions that felt personal to my health. WOW was I impressed by Justin and his entire team. From my conversations Show morewith the woman at the front desk, my intake and blood-draw with his nurse, and my in-depth conversation and evaluation with Justin, it was exactly what I was looking for in a PCP. Justin is amazing! He listens and is truly knowledgeable. He has a wonderful "bedside" manner and I feel like he truly wants to see his patients suceed in their health goals. I have never felt judged or like he is being hypercritical. I hope he stays in town for a LONG time!

Dr. Hancock and his staff are absolutely tremendous! I have been treated as a patient twice now. I visited sometime earlier in 2025 with a chest pain and was immediately seen by Dr. Hancock. I gave him my symptoms and he began recommending suggestions while also keeping the tone of the conversation knowledgeable and caring. My second visit was yesterday (5/22) with signs of strep throat & they immediately took care of me. I highly recommend visiting his office! 5 stars!

Staff and Dr Hancock provided me with the best, fastest and nicest care. They were able to get me in same day as a walk in and new patient.

Dr. Hancock took so much time to answer my (constant) questions during what might have been a painful procedure. He's a seasoned pro with acute care and I am relieved to have a provider with a bedside manner and genuinely likes people.
