I have learned over the past 10 years in urgent care that patients desire quick, affordable care, but also want to feel listened to. My career started in family medicine in 2011 with Baylor Scott & White. I transitioned in 2013 to emergency medicine and urgent care and stuck with urgent care when I helped open and grow Integrity Urgent Care in Bryan, TX. I'm ready to get back to the relational side of medicine by offering exceptional care here at Good Life Family Medicine and can't wait to help the BCS community with convenient, affordable, available healthcare.
Jeremy McWilliams, DO, is a board-certified family medicine specialist at Stone Creek Family Medicine in Montgomery, Texas.
A graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, Dr. McWilliams moved to Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine to complete his doctorate. He studied under the prestigious Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program for his residency.
Before coming to Stone Creek Family Medicine, Dr. McWilliams practiced as a family medicine and urgent care physician in the Woodlands and Huntsville. He provides preventive, chronic, and acute care to patients of all ages.
In addition to his experience, Dr. McWilliams is a National Health Service Corp Scholar, a Texas State licensee, and board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Previously, he was a medical director at both Hermann Memorial Hospital Medical Clinic in Huntsville, Texas, and The Oaks Medical Center, in Spring, Texas.
Dr. McWilliams is a proud member of the Montgomery County Medical Society and Texas Medical Association.

Dr. Truong grew up in Vietnam and moved to the United States in 2013. Since then, Houston has become his second home—a place he has come to love and feel deeply connected to.
He began his journey into medicine at the University of Texas at Austin, where he completed his pre-medical studies. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University and completed his residency training with the Conroe Family Medicine Program.
Outside of caring for patients at Magnolia Family Medicine, Dr. Truong enjoys capturing life’s moments through photography—if he weren’t a doctor, he might be behind the camera full-time. He also loves playing badminton at the Houston Badminton Academy’s Cypress location.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese and currently learning Spanish, Dr. Truong is passionate about serving the North Houston community with kindness, understanding, and a personal touch.
