Dr. Amen is a seasoned practitioner with over 30 years in health care. Through his early years as an EMT-I or Advance EMT on the streets of New Orleans to his many years in the DMV as a naturopathic doctor and Chinese Medicine pracititioner, Dr. Amen has treated acute and chronic conditions and keeps pace with the latest innovations in health, vitality, and longevity. Metabolic diseases, autoimmune diseases, infertility, childhood diseases, chronic pain, mental and emotional disturbances, sports medicine and now regenerative and longevity medicine are all part of his repertoire. Dr. Amen meets people where they are. He focuses on addressing the root causes using the least harmful modalities. Dr. Amen views dis-ease as an opportunity for growth and healing.
