About Kara Assaley, CNS

Kara is a Certified Nutrition Specialist with a whole-person approach to gut health, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, and metabolic health. She has a passion for helping individuals build sustainable, enjoyable nutrition habits that support long-term health. She holds a B.S. in Health and Human Performance with an emphasis in Applied Health Sciences from the University of Montana and earned her M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University. With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer and fitness coach, Kara brings a practical, whole-person approach to care. Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys trail running and hiking with her dog, strength training, and creating flavorful, nourishing meals—believing that nutrition should be both effective and realistic for everyday life.
