About Kara Assaley, CNS

Kara is a Certified Nutrition Specialist with a whole-person approach to gut health, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, and metabolic health. She has a passion for helping individuals build sustainable, enjoyable nutrition habits that support long-term health. She holds a B.S. in Health and Human Performance with an emphasis in Applied Health Sciences from the University of Montana and earned her M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University. With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer and fitness coach, Kara brings a practical, whole-person approach to care.
