Although I appreciate being able to be seen on telahealth, I don't think it is right to be charged $65.00 for missing my appointment when I was unable to get connected. When I'm on a fixed income senior citizen. I also need to be seen during this difficult time in my life
I was so grateful to be able to get through the link and be able to talk to Karen telahealth today after not being able to for the past 2 appointments and being charged $65.00 very upsetting when I'm on Social Security fixed income.
