She takes the time to listen and hear what I say and how I feel. She gives great feedback.. She also gives great recommendations on how I should try to relax, not a part of myself, gives feedback on questions. I should ask my doctors. I’ve enjoyed talking to her and sharing what I’m going through. She makes me feel like I should not be embarrassed or it’s a process and it will take time to get better. Just take time to work on myself.

She is kind, genuine, caring, incredibly skilled, and remarkably thoughtful and methodical in her approach. I’ve been struggling with intense anxiety, and for the first time in a while, I’m finally starting to feel better and hopeful again. I’ve only seen her twice, but I immediately felt comfortable with her and have developed tremendous trust in her care. She listens, takes concerns seriously, and is intentional about treatment. I’m incredibly grateful I found her.
