I felt that Dr. MURAD was very helpful. He listened to everything I had to say and provided meaningful feedback and explanations. I appreciate the support I received from my session with him. For improvement it would be helpful foShow morer the office staff to be able to provide some guidance as to what to do when the MD takes you off work for a period of time so that you don’t lose all of your income.

I was trying to get back on my medication, which was a controlled substance and needed to be an in person an in person. My appointment was being scheduled out later in the month on the day of my impression appointment which was my 11th 2025 at 8:30. I called at 8:10 to let you know I’ll be 10 minutes late. They told me to come, and then I was turned away for being late. I was rescheduled for the next day I arrive 20 minutes early and didn’t get seen until 18 min after my appointment time

I am always impressed with the Doctor. He carries himself as a professional also dresses the part. He asks the right questions and modifies my medication to suit my needs. He explains what he is changing and why. I'm satisfied with this professional and would recommend him.

The appts are easy to make by phone or in person, which I truly appreciate.
Dr. Murad listens, he doesn't interrupt, but helps you get to the point. He asks questions that let you know he cares. I would recommend Dr. Murad, I'm feel so much better❤️
