Kat Ryan, LMFT, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. Kat specializes in evidence-based, systemic care and has extensive experience supporting clients navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, identity and gender-related concerns, and relationship challenges. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in data-supported practices, with a strong commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations. Kat offers both in-person and telehealth services and believes meaningful healing occurs within the context of safe, authentic relationships.
