We often get stuck in our thoughts or behaviors that can make us feel hopeless, and you just want a space where you feel heard, validated, and understood. As your therapist, I can sit with you in your hurt without passing judgment and give you the space you need to talk and process through whatever may be troubling you. When you feel stuck, I can help you work through that, providing the education and tools needed so you can feel more encouraged and empowered to make the marginal daily changes that will greatly impact the rest of your life. I have experience in behavioral health and working with individuals with eating disorders, autism, and trauma. My approach to therapy is client-centered and strength’s-based which focuses on a holistic view of your strengths and wellbeing.
