Kristal Richardson

Kristal Richardson, ND, MSAc, CNS, LDN is a Certified Nutrition Specialist that focuses on Integrative Nutrition with Wholehealth Chicago. She attended a non-traditional route in healthcare that began with Naturopathic school where her belief that food is medicine was reinforced. Now, she spends her time educating and teaching on the role of nutrients and how to use food and lifestyle to support our health goals. Her favorite type of patient to support is someone who wants to feel confident in their strategies, and cared for with customized guidance. Her favorite conditions to support include GI disorders, hormone imbalances, chronic and autoimmune disease. Outside of the office, Kristal’s creative nature shines through art and dance. Her favorite foods and recipes are often Lebanese, Persian, Thai, and Chinese food.
