It was a sincerely enjoyable first appointment with Laura! Her knowledge and proficiency in evaluating my shoulder pain was comforting. Her examination was extremely thorough, both in identifying physical issues and asking all the right questions. I found it very easy to talk with her and enjoyed her sense of humor. We have a common interest in hiking and talked about the enjoyment and health benefits of that. I'm very thankful for the care she provided!
I have had two sessions with Laura now. I always feel listened to, well informed about what I need to do, and genuine care and interest in me as a client. She has adjusted my exercises to take into account my abilities and my progress. Could not ask for better are or treatment.

Service was beyond my expectations! Every action/exercise was explained, including purpose of each move. I never felt neglected; all my questions were answered. Both Laura and Kennedy were reassuring and supportive of me throughout the work out. I left feeling confident I could do the exercises at home. I hope very much I can get back in soon for more sessions, to reinforce the practice and check progress and correct any missteps on my side. Absolutely top notch service and care.
Laura and her staff are very caring and professional. They spend time with you and want to see you improve from the therapy. The facilities have all the equipment needed and are kept sanitized after each usage. I would highly recommend LKO physical therapy.
