I recently injured my calf muscle and was scheduled to have PT evaluation and a few days of follow up PT with Laura Jerore. On my way to this appointment I was worried I was wasting her time as my calf hurt so much less than a month ago. Laura zeroed in on the issue, pointed out what was happening and how I could do stretches and exercises to allow the muscle to heal properly. I felt validated and very encouraged about the treatment plan and I look forward to this recovery! Read less

Adam has helped me with back related issues in the past - and is really good at what he does. It was a no brainer when my lower back started knotting up causing pain in my hip, knee and lower back - Adam is the solution. After a half hour of discussion and diagnostic manipulation (that felt great) Adam put together a plan that includes stretching, strengthening and muscle massage/manipulation to get rid of the knot and the pain.
