The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous. My Medical Assistant, oh how I wish that I could remember her name, but she was very kind, knowledgeable, and took down a very thorough report for the doctor so when he came in I didn't have to repeat myself. When Dr Hyman came in, he had some questions and some tests, we were ready to start discussing a treatment plan. I was very impressed with Dr. Hyman and his staff.

He went through numerous physical tests to determine the possible extent of the injury. When the ultrasound appeared to show a possible minor tear in the meniscus, he asked what my future activities were going to be, to be able to give me the best options to choose from. Based upon my needs, he requested an MRI to be sure there was a tear. Whereas, if I did not have significant physical activities coming up, he would have had me do PT and let it heal on its own.
