I went to see Dr. Killingsworth for the first time yesterday. She walked in the room and greeted me like she had known me for years. Sat down with me and explained everything I needed to know. She really took her time, and also neShow morever rushed me. She is such a breath of fresh air. I wish all of my doctors were like her. Her staff was also very pleasant and the office is clean, bright and airy. I will definitely recommend her to others. Great practice!

At Inspire Ob/Gyn, LLC in Johns Creek, Georgia, Dr. Killingsworth offers both diagnostic and treatment services for a variety of women’s health conditions, including endometriosis, fibroids, and heavy bleeding.
Dr. Killingsworth enjoys getting to know each of her patients and has a passion for adolescent gynecology. She provides contraceptive counseling services and pelvic exams, and is dedicated to ensuring the first gynecology visit for younger girls is comfortable and positive.
Also experienced in treating and supporting women during their transition to menopause, Dr. Killingsworth offers hormone therapy for menopause-related symptoms. She also offers pelvic floor therapy to address urinary incontinence and sexual dysfunction.
After attending the University of Maryland in College Park for her undergraduate education, Dr. Killingsworth went on to earn her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. She finished her residency in gynecology and obstetrics at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Dr. Killingsworth is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
When Dr. Killingsworth isn’t serving her patients, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, a plastic surgeon, and their three daughters, Evie, Lily, and Sophie.

I’d travel out of state for my annual exam if I had to in order to see Dr. Killingsworth. She is one of the best physicians you could ever have, if only all of my specialists could be her!
I cannot say enough great things about the team at Inspire. I had an ectopic pregnancy and needed surgery fairly quickly, they were able to do it next day for me. Dr. Killingsworth was very polite and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and that I mattered. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful and understanding. She answered all my questions and joked around with me some and I really liked that. She made me smile and took my concerns seriously. I loved meeting her and the staff. I felt very welcomed.

Dr. Killingsworth is the best DR I have been to in 20 years. She is detailed and thorough in her assessments and debriefs. She cares about the whole person - mind and body. She also cares that you understood what is going on in your body. She uses visuals and breaks down the information clearly. I've recommended her practice to all of my friends.

I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone. I had the absolute best experience. She listened to me and I never felt rushed. I was able to get everything done in the office on the same day including my mammogram and genetic testing. I would give her a 10/5 stars if I could.
