Inspire Ob/Gyn, LLC, located in Suwanee, Ga and bordering John's Creek, Alpharetta, Cumming and Duluth, Ga, is a full-service obstetrics and gynecology office that cares for the unique needs of teens and women throughout all stages of life. The practice is led by experienced OB/GYNs Lindsay Killingsworth, MD, Courtney Middleton, MD, Gretchen Troxler, MD and Komal Agarwal, MD. Together with their team, including Megan Mann, PA, Carol Webster, CNM, Janice Collins, CNM and Delaney Jackson, CNM Inspire Ob/Gyn, LLC provides compassionate care to promote and protect reproductive health. The team offers routine pelvic exams, chronic disease management, and gynecological surgeries.
Dr. Killingsworth, Dr. Middleton, Dr. Troxler, and Dr. Agarwal enjoy working collaboratively for the benefit of each patient. The team also provides comprehensive contraceptive counseling services and a variety of birth control options, including oral contraceptives and intrauterine devices (IUDs).
Dr. Middleton, Dr. Killingsworth, Dr. Troxler, and Dr, Agarwal also provide comprehensive obstetric care throughout pregnancy and delivery, and the office is well-equipped to manage high-risk pregnancies. All of our providers deliver at Northside Forsyth Hospital exclusively.

I went to see Dr. Killingsworth for the first time yesterday. She walked in the room and greeted me like she had known me for years. Sat down with me and explained everything I needed to know. She really took her time, and also never rushed me. She is such a breath of fresh air. I wish all of my doctors were like her. Her staff was also very pleasant and the office is clean, bright and airy. I will definitely recommend her to others. Great practice!

I cannot say enough great things about the team at Inspire. I had an ectopic pregnancy and needed surgery fairly quickly, they were able to do it next day for me. Dr. Killingsworth is the best DR I have been to in 20 years. She is detailed and thorough in her assessments and debriefs. She cares about the whole person - mind and body. She also cares that you understood what is going on in your body. She uses visuals and breaks down the information clearly. I've recommended her practice to all of my friends.
