I just knew that My knee (left) was going to HURT….I felt the cold liquid…sprayed on my knee…. wasn’t bad…. Then I just knew that wasn’t going to stop the pain ! BUT….. it was just a cold spot that disappeared in a couple of seconShow moreds !!!! My knee is not giving me any pain the rest of the day…Alls Well…!
