It was wonderful to meet with Lori and talk about my concerns. She listened and asked questions based on my feedback. I felt valued and heard about my concerns. Not only did she help get a plan going but told me other options incase the ones we had decided on didn’t work out. It was a great experience and will definitely be continuing my care!
