My primary care doctor’s office was unexpectedly closed for the week. I had the beginnings of what was eventually diagnosed as an ear infection. It was painful. I went to Pro-Health Urgent Care in Sandusky for medical attention. BShow moreoth the MA, Heather, & the PA, Laurie, communicated well & were friendly & professional. The examination was complete & to the point. At home, I administered the medication & in a short time experienced relief fr the pain. It was a very good medical experience!
Lori did a great job doing as much as she could for me and told me to make sure to come back if it didn’t get better which helps me as a person with anxiety and worried about bothering people. I feel completely comfortable going bShow moreack if necessary. The nurse also was amazing helping me get out of the building better since I was having a hard time walking. When Lori is the doctor working I feel confident with the care.

Today was the 2nd time I’ve had to go there, the care and time the staff and Lori gave me was so appreciated! She looks at us patients as individuals and not in a box! It was actually a pretty quick visit!

The wait in the lobby, 35 minutes, seemed a little excessive since there wasn't anybody ahead of me. Staff was friendly and helpful and so was the doctor.
