So the 5 stars is for Lori Nugent! She was AMAZING with my daughter, answered all questions asked and was so sweet!! The assistant who brought my daughter back on the other hand, I would give a ZERO stars to if I could. Very rude Show moreand short with both my daughter and I. Hopefully it was just a bad day for her and she doesnt treat people like that all the time. It made my daughter and myself so uncomfortable, till Lori came in and reset the whole situation!!
Lori is amazing. She listens and is very caring. I always get the best care when I go there. The staff is always friendly and great. It puts your mind at ease when you don't feel good. It's like going to see your family. IShow more can't say enough good about the wonderful people and wonderful care i receive when I go there.

Everyone made me feel comfortable and reassure after trying to explain what’s wrong with me and what we can do about it.
I was very satisfied with my visit with Dr. Demaray. She checked me over thoroughly when I told her what my issue was, the constant coughing, runny nose, feeling tired. she gave me the option of being tested for covid or not. She explained what was going on with me & prescribed medication, which included something for my cough. something no other doctor has done before when I've had a bad cough. It made such a difference! thank you so much Dr. Demaray. I truly appreciated it.

I was greeted in a timely manner relatively as soon as me and my son walked in. Dr Lori and the medical assistant were great . We were in and out.

Lori has always listened to any issues I have had or have. She continues to fight to get the care I need. When I see her, she makes me laugh and when I cry, I know she truly cares. She takes care of me and a lot of other people, she is irreplaceable!!
They got me and my daughters in very quickly very efficiently diagnosed took their time although they had plenty of patience didn’t rush us out I highly recommend this urgent care!
