They got me and my daughters in very quickly very efficiently diagnosed took their time although they had plenty of patience didn’t rush us out I highly recommend this urgent care!

The staff is pretty decent they're very observant when I'm sick or I need a refilled on my medicine they always help me out I never had any complaints with the workers nor the doctors.. the office is doing a great job in the community they spend time with you they don't look at you as just the number they treat you like family...

Friendly, nice, and listened to what I had to say
My son’s pediatrician couldn’t get him in until tomorrow, I took him to Sandusky Urgent Care and they got him in immediately. He had never been there and was so sick and miserable. The whole paperwork, appointment, and prescription process went so quickly and i was able to get him back home in no time! I appreciated the hospitality & of the entire office and the quick turn around. I was grateful they were there when we needed help!
