She was AMAZING with my daughter, answered all questions asked and was so sweet!! The assistant who brought my daughter back on the other hand, I would give a ZERO stars to if I could. Very rude and short with both my daughter and I. Hopefully it was just a bad day for her and she doesnt treat people like that all the time. It made my daughter and myself so uncomfortable, till Lori came in and reset the whole situation!!

Kris and Sarah were professional; Kris answered all my questions and let me know how to get a hold of him in the future if I had issues. My only issue was it took over an hour for the whole thing, but it was a Sunday. I had a la... Read more Kris and Sarah were professional; Kris answered all my questions and let me know how to get a hold of him in the future if I had issues. My only issue was it took over an hour for the whole thing, but it was a Sunday. I had a laceration and Kris was gentle and had no problems with pain and getting the wound closed.
