Took my son for a sports physical, The staff and NP were great. The only thing that wasn't great was that we waited for an hour and a half. But we understand that it was an urgent care and things happen.

I was seen by PA Moore today for a cut finger. She was very kind and explained what she was doing before she treated me. Luckily I did not need sutures. She was approachable and non judgmental. I felt comfortable in her care.

Everyone was so kind. They took my concerns seriously. The woman at the front desk displayed patience with a warm smile (and some good tunes playing). The woman that drew my blood was the sweetest. The doctor was professional and proficient. Such a lovely interaction to have first thing in the morning.

The PA Rachel Moore and her team of professionals attended to my husband immediately, made a medical assessment quickly, explained the options & thus EMS was called & my husband was taken to the Emergency Hospital & admitted. We're both thankful & grateful. We initially went to the urgent care 1 block from our home, only to find them closed. Thankfully this urgent care was open at 5:30 pm Friday evening.
