I was concerned with symptoms I was experiencing but an appointment with my primary physician was weeks away, so I decided to visit the local urgent care. The thoroughness of her care exceeded my expectations. I was treated as if Show moreI was visiting my own primary physician with a history. She made sure that I was in complete understanding of what she was recommending for a course of action and that I understood why. She genuinely seemed interested in helping me get to the bottom of the cause of it.
Rachel Moore, PA was very attentive and helpful. Thank you!šChairs are very comfortable so I didnāt mind the wait until the intake nurse came in. The intake nurse was getting her hair caught on the BP machine and needs to tie her Show morehair back. She wore very strong perfume and nails are way too long for a healthcare worker. She wore her face mask only covering her mouth and not her nose(improper use of mask).

Rachael Moore is very thorough and informative. With a cancellation, the front desk called us immediately to get us in the last hour of their work day. We never have to wait upon arrival. I highly recommend Rachael Moore and the Pro-Health Urgent Care in Lake Orion.

We werenāt able to get into our regular pediatrician in time for a necessary sports physical. For $25 we received a more thorough exam than we typically do through our regular pediatrician. Dr. Dombrowski was very friendly and thorough and kind. Staff was also very welcoming efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.
