They were very fast at getting me back in a room and addressed all of my concerns. I have been here with my kids as well when it was after hours for the pediatrician and they were extremely thorough with the tests they ran, the exShow moream and the follow-up meds to get him better fast!
I have been treated by Ms. Naismith on a couple of occasions and today as previously she provided excellent and comprehensive care. She was very thorough in her assessment of my condition and reassuring in her directions to me. LeShow moreaving I felt very much like I was on the right track to getting better.

No appointment, was ushered in relatively quickly and given excellent care. Everyone from the admit desk, to nurses, to doctors were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Nice to know there is somewhere in our community where health care can be obtained quickly and easily.

We were immediately taken into a room as soon as we arrived. The service was quick, we were in and out within 30 minutes. Very friendly staff.

Everyone was friendly and helpful from the time I checked in until I left. The MA was sweet and friendly and Jessica was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Setting up an apt online was also very easy.
I wasn’t going to even come in as it was a lingering cold (2.5 weeks) … she still treated me as if it was an emergency (to me it was … smile)

I love prohealth urgent care. We’ve been in the area for 30 years and have never found an urgent care that we liked or trusted. Now we have that. All of the staff are warm and welcoming and thorough and efficient. I always feel confident coming here for care for my family.
