I would have given more, but I am actually annoyed with the back office. It’s not the first time I have had an issue with them. * My first visit with the doctor. The medical assistant was rude and seemed like she didn’t want to bShow moree there. Taking it out on the patient is not a good idea. * Continues to send my prescription to the wrong pharmacy after telling the medical assistant and writing it down on the paper they hold when triaging. As the medical assistant confirms it too. * Forgetting to send check out paper to check out staff, having to wait more that 10 minutes. Saying oh the doctor had to sign the Rx. Just admit you forgot that simple. * Having a severe reaction to a medication and having to wait for a few days to actually get an answer for the doctor who was on call for my doctor. And the medical assistant not knowing how to respond to my urgency of my call. I’m in the medical field as well, and that is no way to treat a patient. I get it we all have our days. But come one, this is a reoccurring problem. Now I’m not going to say I’ve never made a mistake, but I owed up to them, and made it right with the patient. I never made excuses or lied. But to each their own. The doctor is great though. It’s just the staff you have to deal with first. Which leaves a poor impression.
Dr Molina is an excellent rheumatologist. He’s been my doctor for thirty years. Throughout the years he’s been thorough in evaluating my rheumatoid desease. He’s done on going lab work to determine how elevated my decease is. He’Show mores also been able to determine how my organs are functioning, as RA can affect one’s organs. He’s controlled the iinflammation, pain, and swelling of my joints through the use of different medications and infusions. I, also, find that physical therapy which ,at times, he sends me to has made an impact in strengthening my body. I feel Dr, Molina has helped me in successfully fulfilling my teaching job in that he’s worked toward controlling this horrible debilitating desease. Dr, Molina is a compassionate and kind dr. He listens to your concerns about your health. Which I find very important! I would recommend him to family and friends who might be suffering from RA.

Luis Zuniga-Montes, MD, is an exceptional physician at Arthritis Associates in San Antonio, Texas. He is board-certified in internal medicine and rheumatology.

Nice staff but waiting to get checked in takes too long.
I am a patient of record and I am always greeted with a hell with a gentle voice and very friendly front desk. During my visit I was not greeted but instead yelled at very unprofessional young lady who to my knowledge had only been there two days. I work in customer service/dental office and I always greet my patients with a great big smile and always make sure my patient is not uncomfortable interacting with me or my staff. Short and to the point yourt wo front desk employees should not be in front. They both need help in customer service etiquette. Hopefully when I return you'll have friendlier front desk employees.
