Not only is he professional, but at the same time very caring and an empathic doctor. I am totally impressed with the way he's taken care of me in comparison to previous specialist at other facilities. He has actually able to piShow morenpoint what was wrong with me, and then stopped the symptoms that we're making it complicated for me to live a normal regular life. He takes his time and even reached out to me after hours when I was going through an emergency situation a couple of times. There should be more exemplary Doctors like Dr. Marc Makhani in the world! Dr. Makhani is probable one of the best doctor's I have had the pleasure of meeting. The Doctor calls once a month to see how my husband and I are doing. I ran into a huge problem with a cat scan incident for my husband and I caShow morelled Dr. Makhani explaing I did not have a proper PCP at Cedars and it was imperative that my husband get this scan "stat." Dr. Makhani took the initiative of getting the information and a prescription for my husband to have a scan. Additionally, he recommended two PCPs for my husband and I and we already have an appointment with one of them next week. On a scale of 1-10, I would give Dr. Makhani 100 and will always, forever recommend him to others.

He subsequently obtained a board certification in internal medicine after completing his residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Makhani then continued his medical training by pursuing a specialty in gastroenterology at Temple University Hospital in Pennsylvania before moving back to Los Angeles to begin his practice.
