Dr. Brathwaite has been my OB-GYN for many years (around twelve years or so), so I followed her when she opened up her own practice. I'm glad that I've stuck with her because she has my best interest in mind. We credit her with weShow morelcoming our son (he's almost ten, in a few months), even after trying unsuccessfully with the fertility clinic. We've been through many issues. In my high-risk pregnancy, seeing her regularly was key. This year, I had surgery, and she was there for me, before, during (she performed it), and after the surgery (three follow-ups). When you have a phenomenal doctor, you keep seeing her. I'm thankful for her, I really am.
The office is beautiful, the staff were busy, but remained calm, kind. The receptionist was quickly checking patients in, while handling the constant stream of phone calls. My appt was at 10, I didn’t get seen till 11, but I feltShow more like I was taken cared of and not forgotten. When I did get to meet the doctor, she was kind, empathic and knowledgeable, of my issues. She listend to me, and I felt I was examined quickly and completely. Together we created a plan to assess my symptoms and to follow up. Overall a positive experience, beautiful building, great staff, and I am excited to have found my new gynecologist.

Dr. Brathwaite earned her Bachelor of Science in chemistry at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and went on to the Loma Linda University School of Medicine in California to earn her medical degree. She then went on to serve as Executive Chief Resident at Martin Luther King Jr.-Drew University Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Brathwaite also worked at Southwest Medical Associates for 23 years, where she served as Chief of Obstetrics and Associate Medical Director for 17 years.

All the staff and everyone are very nice. They assist you right away… very nice place and clean.
Dr. Brathwaite is great. Like most places, her staff leaves a lot to be desired. While a couple of the staff are excellent, others not so much. Challenging for the physician since the some of the staff do not realize they represent her practice.

Dr. Irvey is the one of BEST OBGYN doctors I have ever met! She takes her time to listen to her patients, treat them with the bestest care, and what stands out the most about Dr. Irvey is that she’s passionate about what she does. She takes her time and make sure she gets down to the problem!
I was very anxious about my uterus biopsy, but Dr Irvey walked me through it and made me at ease.
My initial arrival was frustrating because instead of contacting me before the appointment to get my insurance verification corrected, I was subjected to embarrassment about my eligibility at the desk. While it was corrected, it left me feeling perturbed. However, once called back, Yuri, Dr. Irvey and Ms. Roxy were very professional, kind and candid. I will love my choice moving forward.

This was my first time in the office after having a bad experience with another provider. I was anxious and this was a hard appointment for me to book. Dr. Irvey was fantastic.
