The nurse who saw me is also friShow moreendly and caring. The front office staff, particularly the young guy, could be friendlier. He never even made eye contact or spoke. The young woman, while not friendly initially, warmed up eventually.
He covered everything so I could understand what he was saying & he asked if I had any questions my visit
