I’m really thankful for Christina being so patient with me while I was upset and overwhelmed. Between several moves, a million problems and different doctors and a lot of bandaids no one has figured out what is wrong and the only thing that has worked is steroids, but I know that isn’t a longterm solution and I’m exhausted and trying to keep up with life. I’m thankful she said she would investigate everything and to not give up and come back.

Matthew is very thorough and always listens to my concerns. He waits until I finish speaking and then confirms what I said. He explains any new treatment options and answers subsequent questions.
The nurse who saw me is also friendly and caring.
The front office staff, particularly the young guy, could be friendlier. He never even made eye contact or spoke. The young woman, while not friendly initially, warmed up eventually.
