I was a very reluctant patient. Dr P has won my trust and he has helped me get my life back. I no longer live in constant pain, can sleep through the night without pain waking me up to move. I can take long walks again, do the sShow morequats and lift light weights. Dr P really cares for his patients and has seen my daughter and granddaughter and helped them before their autoimmune disease became as bad as mine. I’ve recommended all my friends to him and he has helped them all. We love Dr P.
Dr. "P" has been great for my husband, he is very caring and seems to be very knowledgeable. He is fast sometimes, however he makes sure to ask questions and gives you a chance to explain your issues. He has definitely hShow moreelped my husband with his Arthritis more than any others have been able to. We would highly recommend him to anyone that needs an Arthritis Doctor. And a plus note his staff is the best super friendly and caring and they take care of business. One of the best in Lubbock.

I really like Dr. P He's compassionate and caring and does everything he can to make his patients more comfortable. And the staff are great too! Rick, Margie, Nadine, and Rosaline are my favs!

Staffing and doctor are great. If I feel like I need to see the doctor . I get to understand my treatment better. I will say billing is awful 😖. They don't answer the phone, even with a message they do not return my calls.

Dr P has been 100% on top of my care from my very first visit which was quite serious!!! He developed a therapy plan that started that very day!!! He’s done extensive lab work to help him diagnose and treat me!!
Everything was great. I do have one request. I was there for over 5 hours. It would be nice to have some bottled water and a few little bags of snacks for people who have extended infusions. Other places I get infusions do provide these options.

The receptionist are so sweet. Dr. P is amazing he ask right away is everything ok having any issues. The nurses in the infusion are so amazing. Saw someone having issues yesterday she was crying and the nurses comforted her. I have never seen this before in all the years I have been going to the Doctors.
I like all the employees, nurses & Doctor. Good people.

Dr. P seemed to be in hurry my last visit with him, I felt the visit was very rushed this time. I know I'm the only patient he has but this was the first time I felt this way. He did listen to my concerns but just felt rushed. Maybe it was just a busy day for him. Still love this clinic and the staff.
