Dr. Mauricio Levine, MD

With more than three decades in practice, Mauricio Levine, MD, is among the most experienced women’s health specialists in the greater San Diego area. Through his practice at Chula Vista OB/GYN, Dr. Levine is proud to have assisted thousands of women with a wide range of gynecologic and obstetric needs.

Education has always been important to Dr. Levine. He began his education at the National Autonomous University of Mexico in Mexico City, where he graduated at the top of his class. He went on to residency training at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and also served as an attending physician and instructor for Suffolk County Clinics in Long Island, New York.

Dr. Levine entered private practice in 1989. He enjoys building professional relationships with the women in his care and is deeply honored to play a role in their health and wellness. His unrushed style and attention to detail are just some of the things his patients appreciate about their care, and why they feel so confident recommending the practice to friends and family.

As a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, Dr. Levine has achieved additional training in his field. He is also a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a member of the San Diego County Medical Society. He is affiliated with both Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center and Paradise Valley Hospital.
