Absolutely no Dr as good as Dr Esposito is!!! Been going to him since 2014 when he 1st moved to Brevard area. I moved away BUT CONTINUE TO MAKE THE 96 MILE 1-way DRIVE! I wouldn’t trust nobody but him, period. HE IS ALWAYS SPOT Show moreON in treating my pain! He is easy to talk to n he explains thoroughly everything! EXTREMELY caring to ALL his patients! Michael Esposito, MD, founded the Interventional Spine & Pain Institute – located in Vero Beach and Palm Bay, Florida – in order to create a multidisciplinary, patient-centric practice to treat a wide range of acute and chronic pain syndromes. Dr. Esposito is double board-certified in pain medicine and anesthesia by the American Board of Anesthesiology and is an expert in all aspects of pain medicine.
Dr. Esposito leverages his pain medicine specialty to help patients manage even the most complex pain, treating a wide variety of pain types with comprehensive, personalized, and evidence-based care. He treats chronic and acute pain, including cancer pain, neurological pain, and musculoskeletal pain, while offering each patient a personalized interventional treatment plan that may include tailored physical therapy, medication, and fluoroscopic/ultrasound-guided interventional pain and spine procedures. These procedures include implantable spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulators, radiofrequency ablation, targeted intrathecal drug delivery systems, kyphoplasty, lumbar decompression, and more.
Dr. Esposito’s journey began at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating with Honors, before attending Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. There, he completed his Doctor of Medicine degree before moving on to complete his residency in anesthesiology in the Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care at The University of Chicago Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Esposito went on to complete an interventional pain medicine fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital, in Boston, Massachusetts, where he also worked as an anesthesiologist at Massachusetts General Hospital serving veterans in the same capacity at the Veterans Affairs West Roxbury Hospital.
With a passion for teaching, Dr. Esposito extends his expertise to others by serving as an Assistant Professor of anesthesiology at the University of Central Florida and is a resource for medical students, residents, and fellows. He also serves as a key board member for several professional societies, regional organizations, and national boards that are dedicated to advancing treatments in the field of pain medicine. He’s also actively involved in research to find new, minimally invasive ways to treat spinal pain and has served as principal investigator, expert faculty, peer reviewer, and lecturer for several clinical research studies, well-respected journals, and at various nation-wide conferences. Dr. Esposito has greatly contributed to the advancements in pain management technology, patient education forums, and improved patient outcomes, garnering numerous accolades, awards, and recognition for his work, reinforcing his tireless dedication and commitment to advancing treatments in the field of pain medicine.

Dr Esposito has been treating me about 4 -5 years. I appreciate that when you have your consultations, he asked questions, answers my questions and after he gives me the path(s) he thinks we should take, we decide together which one to go down. He's very attentive. His staff is VERY nice, professional and yet personal and friendly. I wouldn't see anyone other pain Dr than Dr Esposito and I highly recommend his practice.

This was my first time here. Lisa brought me back, talk and listened to me. Made me feel heard and understood. Then Dr. Esposito came in and he was absolutely amazing as well. Outstanding 7 hours after first set of shots no pain

I became addicted to morphine after it was prescribed to me by the doctor who did my three back surgeries 20 years ago. Dr Esposito was wonderful during the epidural he explained what he was doing and what I might expect And nurse that brought me in was very helpful in showing me right way to put back brace on evidently I was putting it on my waist and she showed me where it should be so was very satisfied side with my appointment yesterday
