Absolutely no Dr as good as Dr Esposito is!!! Been going to him since 2014 when he 1st moved to Brevard area. I moved away BUT CONTINUE TO MAKE THE 96 MILE 1-way DRIVE! I wouldn’t trust nobody but him, period. HE IS ALWAYS SPOT Show moreON in treating my pain! He is easy to talk to n he explains thoroughly everything! EXTREMELY caring to ALL his patients! ALL of the Staff members ARE EXCELLENT-OUTSTANDING! Honestly can’t say enough good about him n ALL Staff members!!! If you’re in need of a REAL pain mngt Dr you just found him!!!
The wait time to be seen after you arrive is minimal! Everyone is helpful and professional. The office itself is clean, including the bathroom! The only thing I will say is that they are very strict with paying your co-pay when yoShow moreu arrive. If for some reason you cannot, they make you reschedule your appointment it’s the only office of my many physicians that asks for the copay or you can’t see the Dr/ARNP OR PA. Just an FYI.
Michael Esposito, MD, founded the Interventional Spine & Pain Institute – located in Vero Beach and Palm Bay, Florida – in order to create a multidisciplinary, patient-centric practice to treat a wide range of acute and chronic pain syndromes. Dr. Esposito is double board-certified in pain medicine and anesthesia by the American Board of Anesthesiology and is an expert in all aspects of pain medicine.
Dr. Esposito leverages his pain medicine specialty to help patients manage even the most complex pain, treating a wide variety of pain types with comprehensive, personalized, and evidence-based care. He treats chronic and acute pain, including cancer pain, neurological pain, and musculoskeletal pain, while offering each patient a personalized interventional treatment plan that may include tailored physical therapy, medication, and fluoroscopic/ultrasound-guided interventional pain and spine procedures. These procedures include implantable spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulators, radiofrequency ablation, targeted intrathecal drug delivery systems, kyphoplasty, lumbar decompression, and more.
Dr. Esposito’s journey began at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating with Honors, before attending Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. There, he completed his Doctor of Medicine degree before moving on to complete his residency in anesthesiology in the Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care at The University of Chicago Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Esposito went on to complete an interventional pain medicine fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital, in Boston, Massachusetts, where he also worked as an anesthesiologist at Massachusetts General Hospital serving veterans in the same capacity at the Veterans Affairs West Roxbury Hospital.
With a passion for teaching, Dr. Esposito extends his expertise to others by serving as an Assistant Professor of anesthesiology at the University of Central Florida and is a resource for medical students, residents, and fellows. He also serves as a key board member for several professional societies, regional organizations, and national boards that are dedicated to advancing treatments in the field of pain medicine. He’s also actively involved in research to find new, minimally invasive ways to treat spinal pain and has served as principal investigator, expert faculty, peer reviewer, and lecturer for several clinical research studies, well-respected journals, and at various nation-wide conferences. Dr. Esposito has greatly contributed to the advancements in pain management technology, patient education forums, and improved patient outcomes, garnering numerous accolades, awards, and recognition for his work, reinforcing his tireless dedication and commitment to advancing treatments in the field of pain medicine.

My experience was great . I was in and out in no time at all. Everyone there was kind polite caring and made me comfortable and relaxed they explained each step in the procedure to me. I experienced no discomfort or pain. I am very pleased with the results. Highly recommend Dr Michael Esposito.
Crystal in scheduling is great. Works with you . Staff in the procedure room has always been very pleasant. And of course Dr Esposito is awesome. Got me from being flat on my back, to standing and sitting and now almost back to normal.

Receptionist was very kind and helpful. Dr Esposito explained everything so that even I could understand his plan of treatment. A real professional. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to him by Dr. Howell at Vero Orthopedics.
Dr. Esposito saved my life. I went in for an appointment and he sent me to the hospital. I had osteomyelitis in my spine causing extra pain and sepsis that made me ill. If I had not gone to the hospital per Dr. Esposito, I would not have known how sick I was.
