You want healing from the past, and you may be struggling to see hope. You don’t believe that it’s possible to overcome the anxiety, depression, addiction, or trauma that affects you every day. I want to tell you that there is hope, and healing is attainable! I enjoy working with clients to help them find healing. I’m especially passionate about pairing evidence-based therapy with a Christian perspective. I believe God has designed us to interact with him, and our faith can have a huge impact on our mental health. I became a therapist to know and support people in their difficult moments and because God was calling me to be a better listener. I have experience working with clients dealing with high-stress situations, addictions, substance use, and interpersonal conflict.
