From when I walked into the office until I left the practice, my experience w/Dr. Mesbah’s practice was a good one. The only thing that concerned me was that I had changed my appointment with the Front Desk approximately 1 to 1-1/Show more2 weeks ago from March 23rd at 9:30 am to February 23rd at 9:30 am, but when I arrived on February 23rd to my 9:30 AM appointment the Front Desk receptionist said I was not on their schedule for February 23rd. Apparently, .the appointment time that I was told was available had not been changed from March to February on the schedule by the receptionist I had spoken to 1 to 1-1/2 weeks prior. The Manager, however, let me know they would honor the appointment and I was seen by Dr Mesbah.
I've been going to Dr Mesbah for 15 + years as well as MY daughter who has been with this practice 7 years and we love the staff the PA & of course Dr Mesbah!!! He is so thorough and explains everything if there is a problem ? HeShow more saved my gfriends life not 1x but, two times & she was a nurse too ! I have been a patient of Dr. Mesbah for about 18 years. He is amazing- professional, caring, thorough, and very gentle! I HIGHLY recommend him!! I have had several issues over the years and he took care of all of them! The only drawback for me is that because he doesn’t take my insurance, I have to pay out of pocket which is why I don't go to him as regularly as I should.
At my last visit, I, personally that day, needed a “friend”. Dr. Mesbah was warm and listened understandingly as I brought him up to date re my most recent medical history. I left there encouraged. Thanks, dear Doctor!!
Had a great first visit. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I had a little bit of a wait time. But the doctor was wonderful. He listened to my concerns and was gentle.
