Dr. Nada Zahir

Dr. Zahir is a board-certified sleep medicine physician committed to helping patients achieve better sleep and overall health. With a compassionate and patient-centered approach, she specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, hypersomnia, insomnia and circadian rhythm issues. Dr. Zahir received her Sleep Medicine fellowship at Medical College of Wisconsin. She has a particular interest in the intersection of sleep and metabolic health, with a focus on obesity medicine and its impact on sleep quality. By addressing the root causes of sleep disturbances, she empowers patients to improve not only their sleep but also their long-term wellness. She works closely with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans that promote restorative rest. Dr. Zahir is accepting new patients.
