I lost my job due to the pandemic and was so worried about switching plans and doctors. Let me just say, I am so happy that I found Dr. Young! She made me feel so comfortable and so much better about the situation. She was easy gShow moreoing, understanding, very kind and she's human! I say that because most doctors seem so rigid and serious. This is my 2nd pregnancy and we talked about all of my concerns due to complications from my 1st. She is knowledgeable, yet relaxed so I felt like I was talking to a caring friend instead of a stranger. She totally understood me and I felt like she cared about me. I was sad that my husband couldn't be there to hear the baby's heartbeat for the first time, but she let me use my phone to include him. I am so thankful to have her this pregnancy!
I had a procedure done on February 22, 2021 and was told I should call back in 2 weeks to get test results. I called 3 times and left a message each time in-between the dates of March 10th 2021, through the end of April 2021. I fiShow morenally received a call from the office manager on May 12, 2021 asking why I hadn’t received a call back. I told her I was wondering the same thing. Unfortunately my last message was threatening to sue them if I didn’t receive a call back because every patient is entitled to their test results by law! I will never get anything done again with Dr. Natalia or the North County Women’s Specialist. They are frauds!
Natalia Babkina, MD, PhD, is academically trained and board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Medical Genetics. She serves the community of Escondido, California, at North County Women's Specialists.
Dr. Babkina received her Doctor of Medicine and Doctor of Philosophy with honors from Voronezh State Medical University in Russia. She went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at New Jersey Medical School in Newark and her fellowship in Medical Genetics at the University of California, Los Angeles, Intercampus Exchange Program.
During her training, Dr. Babkina served as a chief administrative resident and fellow, receiving multiple awards and co-authoring several publications.
Dr. Babkina is highly experienced with high-risk pregnancies and complex gynecological surgery. She is most passionate about minimally-invasive surgery using the advanced da Vinci® robotic system that offers exceptional precision and accuracy.

The first time I came to this office scared and in tears as they were trying to get ahold of me and change my appt, I had just change my phone number a few days before and they could not reach me, I showed up for my appt and they said they failed to reach me and I needed to reschedule, I was soo upset!! Dr. Babkina stayed to see me and assure me things were ok and gave me all my options for my issues. I love how calming she is and how informative she is! Her office is very responsive and they call you back as soon as they can! I would highly recommend this office to anyone!!

Dr. Babkina was very thorough. This was my first visit with this office. The staff is professional and efficient.
The staff is very cordial and attentive. Scheduling for appointments is efficient. Wait times at appointed dates are minimal. Appointments are always on time. Dr Babkina has excellent “bedside” manners and is always willing to answer questions and offer relevant information during consultations.
