The team of caring OB/GYNs and women’s health experts at North County Women's Specialists offers comprehensive care for patients of all ages. Located in the heart of Escondido, California, the clinic’s team has been serving patients from the surrounding neighborhoods of San Marcos, Vista, Rancho Bernardo, and beyond, for over 50 years.
Providing well-woman exams, infertility evaluations, prenatal care, and comprehensive gynecological evaluations and treatments. The team can help women throughout all stages of life. They offer tailored treatments – including hormone replacement therapy and pelvic floor reconstruction – for uncomfortable menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes, urinary incontinence, and sexual dysfunction.
The team believes that patients should be able to look as good as they feel. They offer several aesthetic and beauty solutions, such as dermal fillers, BOTOX®, and clinical-grade peels, right in the office.

Dr.Cizmar came in and introduced himself to my partner and me and explained in detail how my C-section was going to go. He was super friendly and quick in my procedure. He also checked on me after my procedure.
My Appointment went well he was very knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable with asking questions. He explained everything very clearly. Such a comfort to know I found a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Babkina listens to her patients, and is very knowledgeable and kind.
The first time I came to this office scared and in tears as they were trying to get ahold of me and change my appt, I had just change my phone number a few days before and they could not reach me, I showed up for my appt and they said they failed to reach me and I needed to reschedule, I was soo upset!! Dr. Babkina stayed to see me and assure me things were ok and gave me all my options for my issues. I love how calming she is and how informative she is! Her office is very responsive and they call you back as soon as they can! I would highly recommend this office to anyone!!

First time visit to this office (San Marcos location) and I found Dr. Hinshaw and the entire staff to all be very professional, friendly and helpful. The office is clean and parking is plentiful. Would absolutely recommend this office.

Dr Cimarron was very professional and easy to talk to about my teen daughters needs. He made her feel more at ease. Gyn visits shouldn't be uncomfortable, so these qualities helped a great deal.
